Artist Statement
When Mr. Leu announced that our next assignment is to 3D model a robot, I immediately thought of Pacific Rim, my favorite movie of all time. The hardest part is that I had to sculpt the shape of every single corner and detail. I ran into a lot of problems, like overlapping objects that created holes. Overall, it was a very fun assignment that I wish I could continue. If I had more time, I will defintely work on adding in extra objects, such as a sword or a cannon.
