Artist Statement
For this project, we used Adobe Illustrator to design vinyl designs that the Admin is going to stick in the art hallway next year. Initially I had a lot of difficulty using the separate functions, but I definitely improved a lot across the 2 vinyl projects. I really wanted to lean into the sharp angles and bold lines of color, as I watched a lot of Gachiakuta over the break. If I could revise the work, I would find a way to make it more compatible with the format we got for the hallways.
