Artist Statement
This is a 3D render of a desert landscape, which serves as an antithesis to my First Time in Snow piece. Sand does not melt, absorbs heat, and accumulates over time. As a mental space for self retrospection, the desert carries a more anarchial feel, as if my thoughts are being scorched and reconstructed to something anew.
