Artist Statement
I created this lizard with the loose refrence of the horned lizard, the color scheme is based off of the lizards environment. The purple and green shades of this lizard are ment to mimic the Trandescantia plant, this plant is also the main food source of this lizard. Thus, the lips of the lizard are more spoonly shaped like some dinosuars that were herbivores. I used multiple different stencils on this peice to try and emphasize the texture. This lizard is meant to have a smaller build in order to hide in the vines of the Trandescantia plant.
