Artist Statement
At the start I kind of just based it off of like, a common gecko, and I gave it a shell cause I thought that looked cute. I then decided that it should have gills, so I gave it those gills that axolotls have (I think those are gills idk) and also tried to color it a bit more pinkish. I didn't want to go too crazy with the coloring so it was mostly just a shade of pink or something. The shell I used a different texture so it kinda looked like it came from a sea snail or something not a land snail. It's supposed to be a creature that can live on land and in water.
