Artist Statement
For this piece, I wanted to explore how the movement and patterns from my earlier sculptures could translate into wearable design. By sketching and shaping wire into the form of a dress, I experimented with turning structural, flowing forms into fashion. The curves and sweeping lines echo the same rhythm and organic motion found in my paper work, but reimagined on the body. This piece is simply an exploration—trying something different, and seeing how sculptural ideas can evolve into clothing and visual storytelling.
