One architectural structure I admire is the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Built in the 12th century, its famous tilt—caused by an unstable foundation—turned a construction flaw into a global icon. I believe it should be preserved as-is rather than reimagined for the future. The tower’s uniqueness lies in its imperfection, and changing it would erase its historical and cultural significance. While some architecture can benefit from modernization, the Leaning Tower serves as a powerful reminder of medieval engineering, human error, and resilience. Preserving it allows future generations to appreciate its story and the lessons it represents.
