Artist Statement
Ring tans are usually seen as unwanted, but this collection of jewelry designs reimagines them as intentional marks. Just like tanning at the beach, where light becomes part of the experience. Through stacked rings that form shifting horizons, waves, and shorelines, the body itself becomes a canvas for sunlight. The concept expands into bangles, where layered forms echo the rhythm of stacking waves.
