Artist Statement
I have always found AI to seem unreal in an uncanny sense and it’s always kind of scared me. I think food is something that is very human and is something that although AI can mostly replicate, when it does there is always something just slightly off about it.
All of the menu items for each day and their descriptions I chose to do entirely with AI, I wanted this piece to have as much done by AI as possible to ensure it had that sterile, uncanny feel that I think AI tends to give to what it produces.
