Artist Statement
Creating structures resembling Jellyfishes—closely identical to the ones found in my first SI—but with a higher degree of cleanliness and attention to detail. Once again, I wanted the structures to hang, but I didn't want to create rings again. Instead, I tied the nylon line around the tail of the Jellyfishes. Due to their top heavy center of mass, my structures inverted themselves. Taking advantage of physics, I utilized my structures tilt to compose a different perspective to my artwork. I also combined my first art project of the year—with a few modifications—to my SI #2.
