Artist Statement
I started this build 2 years ago, and decided to finish it because it looked medival enough to me and that was the asignment. The original build is not mine, I just copied a tutorial and made my own edits to highlight the medival aspect of the architecture. Composed of organic mudbricks and black iron for the dome, floor pattern was my own innovation. 176-ish blocks high, circular floor plan, many lanterns, made to convey the feeling of repetition giving way to order.
