Artist Statement
I used the wet on wet method. For this painting I used Bright pink color spots contrasting with dark navy blue with little hints of yellow minerals. I used the remains of the water color with thequote onto this painting, which created a dark navy blue scattered all over my painting. This scatter by using gravity, caused a randomness, but also a resemblance of a spiderweb. Overall, this painting, contains a high contrast with Pink, navy blue, light mustard yellow, dark cloudy blue, creating a similar feeling of a radioactive spiderweb containing a virus
