Artist Statement
Unseen, the reality of perception becoming one.
Director: I believe that everyone has a chance to act. Our film Never Unseen brings together the body of work I have created throughout my filmmaking journey. From IASAS 2025 all the way back to Visual Poetry, I wove all these films together to make this film. Through repetition, visual callbacks, and the reappearance of certain moments, the films transform into a "past" that the actor experiences. Going through multiple emotions, the protagonist attempts to escape his past by destroying evidence of its existence. However, every time he tries to erase those experiences, he only gets more entangled in them. Through Never Unseen, I want to transform my own creative vision and allow others to believe in themselves.
