Artist Statement
I was the group's surface designer, and mostly helped with trimming and glazing rather than throwing pieces because I missed a day due to exams, though I did come in several times outside of class along with my hardworking teammates to manage drying and throw a few more pieces. I also had a few bowls and plates that were lost to bad trimming, breaking, and actually being lost, which unfortunately means I couldn't contribute as much to my group at the throwing stage. I think everyone worked very hard on this project, using a lot of their own time to contribute to the group, and I'm very grateful to have had such a good group in the last project of the year :)
