Artist Statement
Of all the projects done this semester, this one is the most annoying. It requires patience and a lot of trial and error, where the mechanics of each rotation can break at any second, forcing me to be extremely precise and giving no room for mistakes. At first, I wanted to do a full-body animation of a volleyball spike; however, the most sensible parts were the arms and elbows. So, I decided to make an animation of her kicking a football.
