Artist Statement
I based the Camophelien off of the frilled dragaon, where its face has the most recongizable feature. This Camophelien lives in a jungle forest where he can not only swim in water but can also walk on land making him a amphibian lizarid! His skin changes depending on where he is, if hes in the water then he has a more blue clear color to camouflage making hunting prey easier. However when he is on land his skin turns into a bright pink color to scare off land animals. This particular Camophelien is climbing out of the water so his skin is half pink and half clear blue making this cool color effect. The Camophelien's big eyes allows it to not only have good vistion on the land but also in the water. The Camophelien can see in good vision up to one mile away, this makes the Camophelien a extremly dangerous creature. This Camophelien in particular is a huge male coming at 7ft long weighting 250pounds. Its scales allows it to have a protective shell that it uses as a shield. However if you like at its belly you notice that the Camophelien has no scales on it, this is its weak spot. If a human was to encounter a Camophelien, the only way to kill it would be stab the belly, however this is very diffcult so it is highly reccomended to be causious and aware of your surrounding in any jungle forest.
