Artist Statement
TRAVEL THEME
photos of traveling will be printed in different sizes and mapped out on the baseboard for the background. Especially scenes like in the car, moving toward the destination to highlight the moment during the journey.
Smallar to tiny pieces of travel diary will also be printed in various sizes, mapped on top of the background photos.
Each "block" will represent a different journey. I may experiment with adding watercolor or acrylic to the "block" to apply onochrome to reduce the cluster, since the image will be filled with printed photos.
At the end, I may use a white pen to add detailed drawings or doodles.
Also, other media to add textures?
I'll use my mood when diarying to make this piece.
