Artist Statement
My family used to go to the ocean so often, it fills almost all of our vacation trips. Me and my sisters like the ocean a lot, a passed on passion from our father. I loved snorkeling, and looking at fish that was too fast to catch. To remember those vacations together and moving forward with my family, I drew this piece in hopes that my relationships with my family with always look forward to the bright side, even in the vast ocean.
