I was attracted by how the flowers on the plate were constructed with geometric shapes. I was also inspired by the use of lines in the background to highlight the shape of the plate. I would like to incorporate flowers in the designs and use lines to highlight the shape of the structure.

Conclusion: After exploring different ceramic surface designs, I have a better understanding and sense of direction on how I could use linear lines to highlight the shape of the piece and decorate the surface. In future works, I would like to incorporate patterns, lines, and flowers in my piece. I would also like to explore working on the inside surface of the piece and the outside surface.
