Artist Statement
This is a film to bring awareness to the climate change problem in this world. To fulfill this, we are trying to make a “fun” documentary about the preservation of the coral reefs in Palau. We will do this by doing research on the combination of Indigenous practice and scientific methods and also interviewing Palau residents. Most of our shots will be handheld, with only a few being stable. The expectations of this film are to make an engaging video for all ages which would teach others about the positive impacts of coral reefs and how we can maintain them.
