Artist Statement
We created a poster outlining conventions commonly associated with horror. This included pacing, which we determined was slow and jarring, as well as turbulent/sharp sound volumes throughout the trailers we watched.
Because I was absent the day my team shot the prototype, I communicated with them to see what changes they had made from our original planning document. When shooting the actual footage, we revised our approach to the prototype together.
I wish we had more time to edit! But knowing that I take this long to edit is useful in planning for future projects. I am glad that I was given a time constraint since I am now more aware of my limits/areas to improve.
