Artist Statement

I wanted to incorporate different architectural styles/techniques with each other, combining Brutalist Architecture (The Geisel Library) with Neoclassical Architecture (Frederik's Church). I used different materials to emphasize layering & smooth out the pattern of the architectural styles. Specifically, I used bold colors to make the form abstract as well.
