Artist Statement
Project Description
Film a character realizing their shoes are untied, looking frustrated, and tying them up. This was my second attempt at the IB Shoelace project, using a different actor and setting to study camera angles and composition.
Reflection
I worked with Kylie in a different location, making the directing process entirely different. However, I applied what I learned from the prototype to make sure I wasn’t missing any footage. I wish I had captured certain shots multiple times to have more options to pick from. Other than that, I see improvement since my first draft.
